1. About this service
Get Onward Ticket provides flight itineraries and real, verifiable reservations (PNRs) for travellers who need proof of onward travel, visa applications, or similar purposes. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. What you receive
After payment, our team books a real reservation with an airline's reservation system and emails you the itinerary as a PDF. The reservation is valid for 48 hours from the time of booking unless stated otherwise on the itinerary.
Because airline systems evolve, we cannot guarantee that a specific airline, fare class, or routing will appear on the itinerary. We book the closest available match to your request.
3. Pricing and payment
- Pricing is shown in USD and is displayed on the booking page before payment.
- Additional charges (such as a round-trip surcharge) are applied and disclosed before checkout.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
4. Delivery time
Most reservations are delivered within 30 minutes of payment. During peak hours or in rare system outages, delivery can take up to a few hours. If you have not received your reservation within 4 hours, contact us at [email protected].
5. Refunds
If we are unable to deliver your reservation, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refund requests for reservations that were successfully delivered are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are generally not granted, as the service has already been rendered.
6. Proper use
You agree that the reservation you receive is for the intended purpose only (proof of onward travel, visa applications, travel planning, etc.). You acknowledge that:
- The ticket is a reservation, not a paid airline ticket.
- It should not be used to board a flight.
- You are responsible for any consequences of misrepresenting the ticket.
7. Restricted destinations
We do not provide reservations for certain sanctioned countries or airports. At the time of writing, this includes Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and airports in Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Sevastopol. Orders for these destinations will be automatically rejected or refunded.
8. Your information
You confirm that the name, passport details, and contact information you provide are accurate. We are not responsible for reservations that cannot be verified due to incorrect passenger information submitted by you.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your reservation. We are not liable for visa denials, missed flights, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of our service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date at the top.
