1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Get Onward Ticket collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our booking service. By placing an order you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
To deliver a reservation we need:
- Contact information: email address.
- Passenger details: title, first name, last name for each traveller.
- Trip details: departure airport, arrival airport, dates, trip type, number of passengers.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and standard web logs.
3. How we use your information
- To create and deliver your flight reservation.
- To send transactional emails about your order.
- To respond to support requests.
- To prevent fraud and enforce our terms.
- To improve our service and understand how visitors use the site.
4. Who we share data with
We only share data with service providers that help us run the service:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Brevo for transactional email delivery.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for traffic measurement.
- Travelpayouts for airport autocomplete (search queries only, no personal data).
We never sell your personal data.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, to remember preferences (such as your language), and for analytics. You can control cookies from your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the booking flow.
6. Data retention
Order records (email, passenger details, trip details) are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal reasons. Payment records are kept by Stripe under their own retention policy. We delete data earlier on request where we are legally allowed to do so.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Object to certain types of processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.

8. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country of residence. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect it.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and encrypted storage to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep yours safe and notify you promptly if we discover a breach that affects you.
10. Children
Our service is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
